In this blog post, I’m going to talk about ways you can turn your business into a fully passive income machine. One thing that I didn’t realize was a lot of the stuff that gurus were teaching required a lot of time and a lot of effort. After a lot of trial and error and a lot of research, I found out that there’s an easier way. You must have some capital to do this but this time hack is actually a core function of the business. It will save you a lot of time and you can duplicate your efforts quickly allowing you to focus on what you are good at.
One thing that we forget about as entrepreneurs is that we don’t always have to do things ourselves. Personally, when I first started I thought that I needed to do everything so that it was perfect. I quickly realized that I could not do everything all of the time. Learning new skills was good but it took too long before I was able to fully implement. So in this blog post, I’m going to tell you how you can outsource parts of your business inexpensively and get great results. Now, this can be parts of your business you don’t like to do, things that you don’t know how to do, or stuff that just eats up a lot of your time. Depending on what you are trying to do depends on where you want to go to hire contractors. Next, I’m going to tell you about a couple of websites that you can use to outsource different parts of your business. These options are very inexpensive and they have saved me a lot of time and money.
Fiver is a website that you can hire people to perform tasks for you between $5 and $35. If you are looking for someone to model it can cost upwards of $100. This depends on the model and the quality of the photos that are being taken. If I need to use real people in my ads, I usually hire local individuals as models or find some stock photos. This way I know exactly what I am getting for the money. I will use Fiverr for things such as ad image creation, banners, or content that I will later edit. I usually will not hire off of this site for other types of work. In the past, I have also used Fiverr for adding logos to images that will be used for advertisements on social media sites. That’s all I use Fiverr for is is those few things due to the quality that you usually receive. If it is something that does not have to be high quality, this is the site for you.
Another contracting site where you can hire people to perform functions for you is Upwork. The quality of work received from these individuals is higher than what you would find on Fiverr. I personally use Upwork for things like hiring a virtual assistant, hiring technical consultants, or hiring for any other position for a short term project such as writing copy for an advertisement or a sales funnel if I do not have time. I’ve used a few different virtual assistants from up work and they have helped tremendously. Finding a qualified assistant will save time and money. They’re able to do a lot of the administrative work for you. Things such as editing content, processing YouTube videos for upload, creating Facebook posts, social media management, and even responding to emails or social media messages. When you are looking for people to hire from this website you should look at the region and the cost. There are areas that are higher priced and there are other areas that you can get quality work from at a lower cost. Certain regions are better at different types of work than others. Some are more technical than others, usually, you can find good work anywhere from $5 to $10 an hour depending on what you are looking for. Technical folks are going to cost a lot more.
Along with region and cost, you want to make sure that the person you are hiring has both experience and has feedback. I recommend after narrowing down the selections that you have in-person interviews through Upwork’s teleconference feature. This will also allow you to see the person face to face and make sure that they are who they say they are. If you are hiring someone to write copy in whatever country you are in and the person says they are fluent in that language, this will also give you the chance to verify.
Finally, another option is the Funnel Rolodex. This is offered through Clickfunnels with your membership. I personally have not used this but I know a lot of people who have. Each person that I have talked to has had different results. Some had great results others did not receive a response. Those who did receive a response stated that the work they received was of high quality.
So between the automation’s that you set up for different parts of your business and the use of 3rd party contractors you can achieve a fairly passive income. At least at the beginning, you have to do some work, over time you can hand all of the work that needs to be done off to others. In previous blog posts, I’ve talked about automation in many forms that you can use to automate parts of your business that do not need your interaction. This can be things such as email marketing, setting a schedule for social media posts such as Medium, Facebook, or YouTube, and many other functions. Hiring contractors to offset the things that you cannot automate will help you step away and the business will keep running.
That’s all for this post I hope it helped. Remember Just Keep Going!!
